title: Head of Operations department: Operations reports to: President overview — what you do The Head of Operations provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operating processes, reporting procedures, and project workflow systems in place to effectively drive revenue growth, company performance, and operating efficiency. responsibilities — the stuff we trust you with • Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that mirror the adopted mission and core values of the company. Time entry goals met qualifications — what you bring to the table required — the stuff we can’t do without o Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, or related field o At least 5 years of operations experience o At least 10 years of experience in advertising, agency preferred o Demonstrated ability in financial planning and analysis o Excellent people skills and the desire to partner with a dynamic leadership team o Skilled in organizational development, people management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning o Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment o Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems desired — some more stuff we really like o Master’s degree in business or related field o At least 5 years in a senior management role o Working knowledge of Workamajig travel — where you might go Some moderate travel up to 25%. physical requirements — how hard can it be?
